The State Bank of Kissimmee, is a Florida banking corporation. Mrs. Annie B. Bryan, a married woman, was a stockholder of the corporation, owning in her own right forty shares of the capital stock of the par value *181of one hundred dollars each. On June 16th, 1920, the State Comptroller upon an examination of the bank’s affairs discovered it to be insolvent and appointed S. H. Bullock as Receiver thereof with the usual powers and duties incident thereto.
