This is an appeal by the plaintiff-appellant, Ace Novelty Co., d/b/a Specialty Manufacturing Co., from a judgment of the King County Superior Court granting a motion of the defendant-respondent, M. W. Kasch Company, for summary judgment of dismissal of the action for lack of jurisdiction. The suit was brought by Ace Novelty Co. to recover $24,530.92 for merchandise allegedly sold and delivered to the respondent.
