One Kelleck, having only $200 to the credit of his account, drew his check on First National Bank in favor of Mrs. Lillian S. Noble for $10,573.50. She deposited the check, for collection, to the credit of the joint account of her husband and herself with United States National Bank. Because of insufficient funds. First National refused payment. Two days afterwards, United States National presented the check to the drawee, by messenger.
