This is a petition by a Trustee in Bankruptcy to review the Referee’s order of May 4, 1961, denying Trustee’s petition to revoke discharge and to recover assets. Before discussing the grounds alleged by petitioner to revoke the discharge of the bankrupt, the court feels that a review of the bankrupt’s business operations and a chronological history of the proceedings in the case during the past three-year period is in order for purposes of clarification of the present issues.
