PETITION FOR REVIEW ON REFEREE'S ORDER DENYING DISCHARGE
On October 3, 1968, Bobby Earl Brown filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy. Industrial Leasing Corporation of Tulsa, Oklahoma, one of the creditors of the petitioner, filed a timely objection to the discharge of Mr. Brown on February 4, 1969. Later the objecting creditor elected not to proceed upon its objections to discharge and the Referee entered an Order authorizing any creditor to adopt the objections specified by Industrial Leasing Corporation.
