MEMORANDUM AND DECISION

EDWARD D. HAYES, Bankruptcy Judge.

A creditor filed a complaint seeking the denial or revocation of the debtors’ discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(4)(A), (c)(1), (d)(1) and (d)(2). The debtors filed an answer denying the material allegations of the complaint. At a pretrial conference on October 10, 1984, the parties agreed that a stipulation of facts would be the basis for the decision in this case. The parties filed their stipulation with the Court on April 9, 1985.
