This suit involves the construction of a testamentary trust. The plaintiff George W. Heilig, as an individual and as administrator of the estate of Fred Heilig deceased, seeks a decree directing the defendant trustees to account to the estate of Fred Heilig for all of the assets of the trust, to fix the compensation of the trustees, to award attorney’s fees, to determine the amount of estate taxes if any and to distribute the remainder to the plaintiff as administrator of the estate of Fred Heilig, deceased.
