This is a suit to compel specific performance of a contract to sell corporate stock.

The subject of this controversy has been before this court on prior occasions. In Dodge v. Blood, 299 Mich. 364 (138 A. L. R. 322), defendant’s motion to dismiss on the ground of noncompliance with the statute of frauds was granted and plaintiff appealed.' The order of the trial court was reversed and the cause remanded for further proceedings. In Dodge v.
