Plaintiff filed a bill of complaint to dissolve a partnership and for an accounting. Decree was entered in court below in favor of complainant as prayed for in the bill of complaint.
In the decree the court granted to plaintiff the return of his capital investment, together with 1/3 of the 1955 net profits in the amount of $2,-795.69, together with any accrued profits to May 28, 1956, the date of the decree, without allowance for any depreciation whatever.
