This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the respondent Burkhard Investment Company, a corporation, in a suit to quiet title to lot eighteen of sheet No. four, in tract No. 3192, adjoining Wilmington, Los Angeles County.
This action involves the title to an irregular crescent-shaped tract of land some 600 feet in depth and 1,600 feet in length, situated within the boundaries of the city of Los Angeles at the southerly outskirts of Wilmington, and is bounded on the west by the Wilmington and San Pedro Road, and on the easterly and southerly sides by the…
