Patricia Forte and Red Fox Realty, LLC (Red Fox) (the defendants) appeal from a March 12, 2013 final judgment entered in two consolidated Providence County Superior Court actions in favor of Barbara Voccola and Edward R. Voccola, in their capacities as co-executors of the Estate of Edward E. Voccola (the plaintiffs). 1 In these actions, filed on March 12, 2008 and October 17, 2008, Edward E.
