The plaintiff, Nicole Rivera, by and through her mother and natural guardian, Toni Rivera, appeals from a Superior Court order denying her motion to vacate a settlement and dismissal stipulation. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral, argument pursuant to an order directing the parties to show cause why the issue raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
