This case came before the Supreme Court on March 9, 2005, on cross-appeals filed by the plaintiffs, Anthony J. Della-grotta (Anthony Sr.) and Audrey M. Della-grotta (Audrey or, collectively, plaintiffs), and the defendant, Cynthia A. Dellagrotta (Cynthia or defendant), the former wife of plaintiffs’ son, Anthony Dellagrotta, Jr. (Anthony Jr.).
