MEMORANDUM OPINION
JUNE L. GREEN, District Judge.
This matter is currently before the Court on plaintiffs motions for a preliminary injunction and partial summary judgment, and defendants’ oppositions thereto. Plaintiff challenges the validity of a promissory note and deed of trust on her property based on violations of the Truth-In-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and the District of Columbia Usury and Loan Shark Laws.
