Tried at a special court-martial bench trial appellant stands convicted pursuant to his pleas of fraudulent enlistment and 13 specifications alleging dishonorable failure to maintain sufficient funds in his bank account for payment of checks he had uttered, in violation of Articles 83 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 183 and 934.
