The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (Director) filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action against respondent Herbert Azubuike Igbanugo, alleging, among other things, that Igbanu-go failed to communicate with clients, failed to credit client fees, attempted to collect fees that had already been paid, failed to diligently represent clients, and sent harassing letters in an effort to collect legal fees.
