Affirming.
The appeal presents the question of the legal sufficiency of the pleading of a number of miners to prevent eviction from their -dwelling houses by the owner pending the determination by the National Labor Relations Board of their claim of his unfair and illegal labor practice toward them, contrary to the .National Labor Relations Act, 29 IT. S. C. L., section 15Í, et seq.
