Plaintiff below, plaintiff in error here, brought suit in the County Court of Delta County to recover an installment of interest due under a contract for the purchase of one-half of the stock of The Nelson-Meyer Orchard Land Company, a Colorado corporation. The contract involves the ultimate payment of $10,000.00, although at the time of bringing the suit only a $600.00 interest payment was due.
