These are consolidated appeals from a conviction of possession of stolen property, a felony, NRS 205.275, and from a revocation of probation predicated on a prior felony conviction.

Appellant’s prior conviction was entered on a plea of guilty to the felony charge of attempted possession of a stolen vehicle, to-wit: a 1974 Porsche. Judgment was entered May 14, 1976, and appellant was sentenced to a term of three years, suspended, and placed on probation.
