OPINION

CECELIA H. GOETZ, Bankruptcy Judge:

Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff, Nassau Suffolk Limousine Association, Inc. (“Nassau Suffolk”) in this adversary proceeding against the debtor, Adam C. Jardula. Nassau Suffolk is contesting the dischargeability of the debt owed it, listed in Schedule A-3 of the debtor’s bankruptcy petition in the amount of $16,846.41. Jardula filed for relief under Chapter 7 on March 8, 1989.
