OPINION

MINZNER, Chief Judge.

Defendant Anthony F. Avallone (Attorney) appeals the district court’s decision granting Plaintiff Gilíes DeLisle (Client) partial summary judgment and the jury’s verdict awarding him damages in an action for legal malpractice.
