OPINION
ARMIJO, Judge.
{1} John Padilla (Plaintiff) appeals the district court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Intel Corporation, Specialty Drywall, Inc., and Chaparral Materials, Inc. (Defendants). The district court gave preclusive effect to the prior findings of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) concerning the proximate cause of Plaintiffs injuries.
