¶ 1. Corey J. Uhlenberg challenges his conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child under the age of sixteen, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 948.02(2) (2011-12).1 Uhlenberg pled guilty to the charge after the circuit court denied his motion to suppress a number of incriminating statements that Uhlenberg made at the West Bend police department. The circuit court concluded that Uhlenberg was not in "custody" at the police department.
