¶ 1. We review an unpublished decision of the court of appeals1 affirming the Milwaukee County Circuit Court's judgment of conviction against Randy L. Martin ("Martin").2 The State charged him with one count of possession of a firearm by a felon in violation of Wisconsin Statutes section 941.29(2),3 and one count of carrying a con*285cealed weapon in violation of § 941.23.4 At trial, a jury found Martin guilty on both counts.
