OPINION
BRAMLETTE, District Judge.
Plaintiff HTI Health Services, Inc., d/b/a Columbia Vicksburg Medical Center (“Columbia”) brought this antitrust action to enjoin a pending merger involving the defendants Quorum Health Group, Inc. (“Quorum Health”), River Region Medical Corporation (formerly known as ParkView Medical Corporation, referred to herein as “River Region”) and the Vicksburg Clinic, P.A. (the “Vicksburg Clinic”).
