MELLOY, Circuit Judge.
This is an antitrust case involving alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2. It comes to us after the district court 1 granted Appellee Baptist Health’s motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim and denied Baptist Health’s motion to tax discovery-related copying costs. The principal issue on appeal concerns the proper methodology for determining the relevant market in an antitrust case. We also address whether the district court abused its discretion in declining to tax costs. We affirm on both issues.
