This is an appeal by a minor plaintiff and appellant, Joseph P. Lattanzi, by his guardian ad litem, from a judgment in favor of defendants and respondents San Moritz Club, a corporation, and Blake Woodcox, entered by the trial court after a trial without a jury.

The evidence discloses that the plaintiff was injured on November 26, 1958, a week before his 18th birthday, at an ice-skating rink on the premises owned and operated by the San Moritz Clúb.
