Plaintiffs, the widow and children of Amador Armenia, Sr., brought this action to recover damages for his wrongful death. The deceased, while working on a road-paving job, was killed when a dump truck backed over him. The truck was operated by defendant Dale Churchill, whose wife and codefendant, Alece Churchill, was the registered owner. The jury found for defendants and judgment was entered in their favor.
