Technical Sergeant (E-6) Laurence H. Finch pleaded guilty at a general court-martial to one specification of receiving and possessing child pornography and one specification of distributing child pornography, both in violation of Article 134(1) and (2), Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2006). The military judge found Finch guilty in accordance with his pleas and sentenced him to confinement for seven years, reduction to E-l, and a dishonorable discharge.
