Justice TODD.

Aquil Bond appeals the sentence of death imposed on July 26, 2005 by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas after a jury convicted him of first-degree murder, 1 possession of an instrument of crime, 2 reckless endangerment of another person, 3 and criminal conspiracy. 4 For the reasons that follow, we affirm his convictions and judgment of sentence.
