These twin capital cross-appeals involve co-defendants Henry Daniels and Kevin Pelzer (“Daniels” and “Pelzer,” or *208collectively “appellees”) and represent a continuation of their first collateral challenges to their convictions under the Post Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA”), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546. By Opinion filed on January 23, 2009, this Court vacated the PCRA court’s March 25, 2003 order, which had granted appellees a new trial.
