Gonzalous Perkins, employed by the Long Bell Lumber Company, Inc., as rider for a skidder horse, got his right leg and thigh badly broken while engaged in the work for which he was employed to do by a falling tree which was being felled by defendant’s cutters. The accident happened on May 23, 1924. He was a minor at the time, and this suit was brought for him by' his father and mother. He was soon afterwards emanci*404pated and relieved of the time prescribed by law for attaining the age of majority.
