JANVIER, Judge.

Joseph Spiro, Jr., a licensed real estate agent, charging that Ray A. Corliss has failed and refused to pay him a commission alleged to have been earned for securing a purchaser ready, willing and able to buy a certain piece of real estate owned by Cor-liss and listed for sale, seeks judgment against Corliss for the amount of the said commission and for an attorney’s fee, as provided in the contract of sale which Corliss executed.
