This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon the finding of a jury in the Baltimore City Court, reversing a decision of the State Industrial Accident Commission, by whose finding the sole issue before it, as well as in the Baltimore City Court, to which an appeal was taken, related to whether the disability of the claimant, Frank F. Lidston, an employee of Unger & Mahon, Inc., resulted from an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, the issue having been answered “no” by the commission and “yes” by the jury.
