Appellant David Parsons (“Claimant”) appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s (“the Commission”) “Final Award Denying Compensation (Affirming Award and Decision of Administrative Law Judge [ (“ALJ”) ])” from his purported employer, Steelman Transportation (“Steelman”).
