Introduction

Werner Enterprises (Employer) appeals the final order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) granting Timothy Rader (Claimant) week ly permanent total disability benefits and future medical costs as a result of the injury he sustained working for Employer on May 29, 2003.
