THIS MATTER comes before the Court in this reopened case by way of an adversary proceeding filed by the Plaintiff (also referred to herein as “Debtor” or ‘Wife”) which seeks a determination of dischargeability of obligations due the Defendant (also referred to herein as “Husband”), the Debt- or’s former husband, an injunction against the Defendant to prohibit his modification of their Divorce Decree, a finding of contempt against the Defendant for the violation of the discharge injunction imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 524(a) 1 and for damages for such violation.…
