ORDER ON COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY

This adversary proceeding was filed on October 2,1996. The underlying Chapter 13 petition was filed August 23, 1996, prior to which Debtor and Annie Mae Smith divorced after 14 years of marriage. A total divorce which included provisions for alimony, support, and division of property was signed by the Honorable Charles B. Mikell, Jr., on September 28, 1995, nunc pro tunc August 31, 1995.
