On September 19, 2007, the Revere Housing Authority (“RHA”) commenced a summary process action against its tenant, Gloria Chouchos (“Chouchos”). One week later, the parties executed an agreement for judgment. The agreement provided that judgment for possession was to be entered for RBA, and that execution would be issued upon its motion. Execution would not be sought or issued, however, if Chouchos complied with several additional terms of the agreement.
