So far as material, the evidence establishes the following undisputed facts: On March 25, 1927, building *3operations were commenced on premises owned by Marie Larsen, under contracts with contractors and materialmen, who furnished the labor and materials, which ultimately resulted in the liens on the premises, which were asserted in this action. On June 8, 1927, Marie Larsen executed a mortgage on those premises to Mary Buhler to secure a loan of $6,000, which was procured under a written agreement negotiated between Marie Larsen and…
