Each and every member of this court has carefully reviewed the evidence in this case and is of the opinion that there is ample evidence to sustain the finding of the jury made in this case. It is argued here that the case was a close one. An examination of the record discloses that every single fact in the case necessary to sustain conviction *183is established by the testimony of more than one witness with the single exception of the act of intercourse.
