The plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment for the defendants that was rendered by the court after a motion to strike the complaint had been granted. Sebastian V. Blancato, Sr., and Barbara J. Blancato, the parents of the minor decedent, Sebastian V. Blancato, Jr., in their individual capacities, and Blancato, Sr., in his representative capacity as administrator of the decedent’s estate, brought this action in six counts against the defendant Feldspar Corporation and certain of its employees.
