Badeaux (Badeaux) as reimbursement for Badeaux’s legal expenses and losses connected with the defense of his actions and his status as agent/mandatary for his aunt Viola Mary Tabor Badeaux (the decedent).1 Badeaux also appealed, challenging *351that portion of the trial court’s judgments that denied Badeaux’s claim for legal interest.
