Kenneth Krebs appeals from the trial court's order denying his petition for writ of certio-rari. Krebs seeks review of the Division of Hearings and Appeals' (division) determination revoking his probation. He argues that the condition of probation requiring him to discuss and receive approval from his probation agent before he engaged in an intimate rela tionship with an adult female was unconstitutional.
