In this accounting proceeding objections have been filed by the special guardian to the allowance of a claim in the sum of $4,715.58, asserted by a husband against the estate of his deceased wife, of which he is ancillary administrator. This amount represents moneys advanced by him prior to the death of his wife to defray the expenses of her confinement in two mental institutions from October 1,1940, through July, 1941.
