Dora B. Truax, of Des Moines, Iowa, wife of appellant, died testate, June 25, 1943, leaving no children, but survived by her husband and a number of her collateral heirs, who are beneficiaries under her will. She owned an eighty-acre farm in Guthrie County, Iowa, and most of the household goods in their home in Des Moines.
