We have now reached the final stage of the matter of the reorganization of the Kelly Springfield Tire Company — the determination of the amount of allowances of certain claims for administration expenses. Notice of a hearing on these ■ claims was duly given and on November 6 and 7, 1935, the matter was heard in Court for two full days. Numerous claimants appeared and testified in person with respect to the allowances requested, and counsel for various parties were heard.
