CHESNUT, District Judge.

The Seaboard Air Line Railway has been in receivership in the District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia (original) and the Southern District of Florida (ancillary) since December 1930. In December 1945, in expectation that the receivership would then shortly be terminated, the Receivers, Legh R. Powell and Henry W. Anderson, and their appointed counsel, W. R. C. Cocke and Harold J.
