CHESNUT, District Judge.
The matter now before the court in the above entitled reorganization case under 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207), is the determination of reasonable compensation to the New York Trust Company as an allowance for services in acting as agent depositary of the Alleghany Corporation in connection with its plan of reorganization confirmed by this court on December 29, 1934, which was affirmed on appeal under the title of Campbell v.
