This is an indictment for larceny charging Guiseppe Esposito, alias Dr. Carlo Labriolo, and John Testa, alias Louie, alias Louis Palmieri, with stealing $15,100 in the town of Johnston in this state, from Joseph Tutalo of that town. Defendant Esposito was tried alone in the superior court and convicted. The trial justice approved the verdict and denied defendant's motion for a new trial.
